OFF/ON is a cultural event, which aims at bringing together amateurs, art students

and professionals by combining film, music and photography in ways which will inspire the interest and enthusiasm both artists and public.

A congenial, non-exclusive atmosphere, enable them to exchange their experiences

and ideas in open forums and other opportunities for dialogue.

The purpose of the event is to promote young artists and art in a welcoming atmosphere which brings high quality art within the reach of a wider public.

We want to provide an entertaining and aesthetic experience, which motivates

activity and personal development, in order to widely disseminate knowledge and appreciation of European art and people. We also aim at broadening the co-operation among the European cultural institutions and artists.
